IRIS APFEL X GLUSH/ iPhone Case

Collaboration with Iris Apfel We are extremely delighted to be chosen by the legendary Iris Apfel to collaborate on this iPhone case for Landmark HK!   The graphics are inspired by her signature bold blue and yellow combinations, often appearing in geometrical shapes alongside with the toucan slip-ons which she designed.  It is obvious to see her love of various tropical birds appliqué as they appear very frequently in her huge private fashion collection. Adding to that are her signature bold geometric shaped necklaces. There are a few pieces in this exhibition in Landmark as well.  We are still psyched that Iris herself likes the design! This limited edition iPhone case is available in iPhone 7 and 7 Plus sizes at Landmark HK from now until 21 May 2017....

Design Exhibits at Tokyo Design Week 2016

Our Experience at Tokyo Design Week 2016 In continuation with my previous post, this is to share my personal experiences at Tokyo Design Week 2016. We had great fun and spent 7 hectic yet fruitful days there, showcasing GLUSH/, meeting new friends from around the world both inside and outside the business. Apart from product designs, there are various fields of innovative works exhibited at the event, such as color changing electronic paper watches and materials by SONY, Virtual Reality experiences by Panasonic, architectural works by Japanese architects and university students, robotic performances by several engineering companies and manufacturers such as Murata. It was like a futuristic living exhibition, where holographic control panels are almost at every other booth. See photos above and below...
